Kids Learn to Curl Program

Monday night's (6 weeks) - January 6th to February 10th 2025.

Kids Windup Funspiel on March 1st - more details to follow

Cost: $75 per Curler

Ages 7 to 14

The participants will be split into groups based on age or previous curling skill/experience. There will be an experienced instructor for each group.

The participants should wear comfortable (loose or stretchy) pants and loose clothing. Bring clean, comfortable runners/boots. We will supply the grippers, sliders and brooms.

Children 7-9 should wear a helmet. For children 10 and over, helmets are optional and at the discretion of the parents. Masks are not currently required.

Children will be provided an opportunity to develop a broad base of fundamental motor skills related to the sport of curling. 

We will be playing modified games that will give all children more opportunity to receive the repetitions required to develop the skills for enjoyment.

The focus of the program will be on rewarding what should be valued most in sport – fair play, positive attitudes, safety, cooperation and fun!
